"Mil-tek is a small but IT dependent company based on the North Shore of Auckland. Our business is the sale and implementation of waste compactors and balers which operates from the main warehouse. Andy Banx and his team managed our transition to a new ERP application 3 years ago supplying the Mil-tek team with desktop PCs, peripherals, network and internet services including remote hosting. The service we receive for a monthly charge is all encompassing, from help-desk to central anti-virus management and remote desktop support. Whilst the close proximity of the Mil-tek location to Banx is a helpful factor, response to our initial support calls, through triage to first response then issue resolution has always been friendly, timely and correct first time. As a small, local, but dependent user of IT, this is the sort of service we expect to receive in order to run our business effectively and efficiently. We consider the Banx team an extension of our business and as a key partner they do not disappoint. I have no hesitation in making Banx our first point of call for the expansion of services we are likely going to require in the future."
